Two New Selection Requests

Post by eliscio »

When working with a lot of scans, I often want to isolate a particular scan but it means I have to uncheck a lot of other scans.

Can we have a right click option where we can "isolate" the item which hides all other data and you can just work on that scan. When done, you can right click on the scan in the DBTree and choose "Exit Isolate".

Second request is when you multi select a large number of scans or objects in the DBTree, I would like to hit the spacebar and enable or disable the visibility checkbox for all selected objects.

This would save me a lot of mouse clicking time!

Thanks,

Eugene

So for the second request, you already have the 'a' or 'v' shortcut (see 'Edit > Toggle (recursive)' menu).

For the other one, it might not be easy to have a 'memory' of the previous selection, but at least an option 'hide all others' would make sense.
