This method is accessible via the 
icon in the left 'View' toolbar or the 'Display > Toggle Viewer-based Perspective' menu.
Alternatively you can use the F4 shortcut.
Description
This method toggles the current projection of the active 3D view between the 'orthographic' and 'viewer-based perspective' modes (see Display modes).
