This tool is accessible via the 'Edit > Mesh > Flip triangle' menu entry.

== Description ==

This tool changes the order of the vertices of every triangle in the selected mesh(es). Instead of ABC, the new order will be ACB. This allows to fix a classical issue where automatically generated normals (see [[Normals%5CCompute#Computing_normals_on_a_mesh | Edit > Normals > Compute]]) are oriented in the wrong direction, due to the fact that CloudCompare uses the 'direct order/convention' to compute normals.
