crash when polyline sampling

CC crashes when polyline sampling at 9000
number of polyline is >=2000 polylines

I've tested this on my side (selecting all the polylines and sampling 9000 points per polyline) and couldn't reproduce the issue. Is it the right protocol?

Is it the latest 2.13.alpha version? It changed quite a lot in March and early April.
