Dear Daniel,

I would like to add constant value or substract value to Z coordinates of all points .

For instance, I would like to edit my Z coordinates shift -10 cm.

How can I do this?

Use the 'Edit > Apply transformation' tool. Then use the second tab and simply edit the 'Translation' vector.
