Opening point clouds from Shining 3d Einstar software (Exstar)

I'm trying to open a pointcloud genertated using the Shining 3d Einstar scanner (using their proprietory software, Exstar).

These are the files created during capture.

Any advice would be helpful.

Well, I bet that sadly this is a closed proprietary format... I don't have any information about this format.
