uncap PCV Ray & Res

I would like to ask to please uncap thte ray count and resolution limits in the PCV plugin.

This is because if the data grid is big, the ammount of detail lost is massive.






Let the hardware of each user be the limit rather than have it within "safe" limits.

Ok, I 've increased these to 65536 in the latest 2.13.alpha version (from today)
