Hello, I've followed the same way. The result is that I can build "E57Reflmpl" only successfully. (However "INSTALL" failed) The 'SAX2XMLReader.hpp' is a file in path "xercesc\sax2", so I am wondering whether you put the "xercesc" folder from "xerces-c-3....
